About the role
A prominent financial services provider is seeking a Client Liaison Officer for short‑term insurance to join its dynamic business team in Somerset West. This permanent position offers a market‑related salary with a lucrative commission structure.
Required profile
- Minimum matric with a tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Minimum RE5 certification and NQF level 4 qualification.
- At least 7 years experience in financial services or wealth management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in short‑term insurance, covering personal and commercial lines.
- Proven business development and key‑account management track record.
- Strong knowledge of the Western Cape business landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, well‑presented and professional.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans; Zulu and Xhosa fluency highly advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong report‑writing ability.
