About the role
The financial services provider is seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join its dynamic team in Cape Town. The role focuses on managing corporate client accounts, particularly employee benefit solutions, and driving business development within the wealth management sector.
Required profile
- Minimum matriculation, with a tertiary qualification considered advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services or wealth management, including 3 years specializing in employee benefits such as medical aid, pension funds and group life plans.
- Proven track record in key account management, new business acquisition and meeting target‑driven objectives.
- Experience managing parastatal client accounts is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans; proficiency in Xhosa is a plus.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
Required skills
- RE5 certification and NQF Level 5 qualification.
- Class of Business certification for health and medical aid products as required by the FSCA.
- Valid CMS certificate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially report writing.
