About the role
A prominent financial services provider is seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join its dynamic business team in Cape Town. This permanent position offers a market‑related salary structure and focuses on managing client relationships within the wealth‑management and employee benefits space.
Required profile
- Minimum five years’ experience in financial services or wealth management, with at least three years’ specialised knowledge of employee benefits such as medical aid, pension funds and group life plans.
- Relevant certifications including RE5, a valid CMS certificate and a NQF level 5 qualification in health and medical aid products.
- Proven track record in business development, key‑account management and new‑business generation in a target‑driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build multi‑level relationships with stakeholders and work independently.
Required skills
- CMS certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially report writing.
