Client Delivery & Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery & Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of client work across multiple accounts for an advertising and brand agency. You will act as the bridge between client service, campaign management and operations, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for key client accounts and oversee successful delivery of projects, campaigns and ongoing engagements.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable deliverables for internal teams and manage expectations with the Client Service team.
• Lead planning, coordination, execution and tracking of integrated marketing and communication campaigns across creative, strategy, digital, production and client service.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery schedules, monitoring progress, risks and dependencies.
• Design, implement and continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs and project‑management processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimise resource planning and introduce tools that enhance collaboration and visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client delivery and operations management within an advertising or brand agency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong track record of developing and improving operational processes and workflows.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on meeting timelines, scope and quality standards.
