About the role
We are seeking a senior finance leader to drive the financial strategy and operations of our property development business in Stellenbosch.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the company’s financial strategy and operations within a property development environment.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, funding, compliance and long‑term financial planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (essential).
- Minimum five years of senior financial management experience.
- Experience in property development, manufacturing or retail (advantageous).
- Proven cash‑flow management and financial planning expertise.
- Strong knowledge of South African financial regulations and tax.
