We are a well‑established loyalty, rewards and customer engagement business seeking a commercially driven Chief Executive Officer to steer the next phase of strategic growth and market expansion. This senior leadership role will shape the company’s direction, drive revenue, and build high‑impact partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall business growth and expand market presence.
• Lead strategic partnerships and client engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in loyalty, rewards, customer engagement, incentive, fintech or related programme‑driven environments.
• Strong commercial and operational leadership capability.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and retain key clients.
• Strategic mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Financial acumen and experience managing overall business performance.
• Relevant tertiary qualification; MBA advantageous.
