Channel Specialist – Wholesale

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is seeking a Channel Specialist focused on the wholesale segment to join its Midrand team. Reporting to the Country Lead, you will help drive execution of promotions, pricing and channel performance across the wholesale network.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and track wholesale channel promotions, pricing and execution standards.
• Maintain wholesale customer execution plans and evaluate campaign impact.
• Monitor and report on P4P targets, customer compliance and in‑trade execution success.
• Gather market insights from wholesale partners and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with Revenue Growth, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure channel readiness.
• Produce structured channel reports, execution summaries and KPI dashboards for internal and customer reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field (post‑graduate qualification advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 5 years of managerial experience in FMCG.
• Channel management experience in wholesale and/or local & traditional channels is highly advantageous.
