About the role

Bridgestone is looking for a Cell Leader in Brits, South Africa to drive production excellence and lead CIL training. The role focuses on machine performance, quality, safety and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise the performance of production machines.
• Implement and sustain Daily Management Systems.
• Conduct training and coaching for staff on CIL processes.
• Manage cleaning procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.
• 4‑7 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
