Case Manager – Remote (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Case Manager to join our remote team. Working US business hours, you will manage the full lifecycle of client cases, from intake through insurance authorisation to service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload, coordinating client journeys across families, clinical, administrative, and insurance teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during intake, guiding families through documentation and next steps.
• Collect, review, and organise intake forms, insurance information, referrals, and assessments, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorisations, and track each case through the intake pipeline.
• Maintain detailed case records, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve delays or barriers.
• Escalate complex issues to managers or clinical teams when necessary.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who takes ownership and follows through on tasks.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills; able to investigate and resolve issues independently.
• Strong communication abilities to liaise with clients, families, and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate documentation.
