CA(SA) Leadership Opportunities – Finance Leadership Role

About the role

We are seeking a qualified CA(SA) to join our Investment & Finance Group in a senior finance leadership capacity. The role will oversee regulatory reporting, group financial reporting and property accounting functions, providing strategic finance support across a complex investment‑led organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop finance capabilities in regulatory reporting, group financial reporting and property accounting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory standards across the group.
• Provide finance leadership and insight to support investment‑led decision‑making.
• Manage and mentor finance teams, driving performance and development.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on strategic financial matters.

Required profile

• CA(SA) qualification with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong audit background, preferably from a Big 4 firm.
• Proven experience in team leadership or supervision.
• Experience in financial services, asset management or property finance is advantageous.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
