Career Sales Consultant (Student Advisor)

Can you sell a career, not just a product? Our client is looking for a driven, target‑focused Career Sales Consultant to join their team. This high‑value sales role helps aspiring chefs invest in their future by guiding them to the right culinary programme and converting interest into enrolments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive student enrolments by actively managing and converting leads from the website and marketing activities.
• Consult with prospective students and financiers to understand their needs, goals and budget.
• Invite potential students onto campus and recommend the appropriate culinary programmes.
• Follow up consistently via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Own your sales pipeline and work towards monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
• Participate in open days, career days, expos, school visits and other promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep lead and enrolment information up to date.

Required profile

• Results‑driven, competitive and motivated by targets.
• Confident selling a high‑value product where trust and consultation matter.
• Persistent and comfortable with follow‑ups and overcoming objections.
• Excellent communicator able to connect with students, parents and financiers.
• Highly organised, accurate and accountable for your pipeline.
• Proactive, able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• 2–3 years proven sales experience in an education or customer‑focused environment (preferred).
