About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Car Dealership Branch Supervisor to take full ownership of branch sales, profitability, vehicle readiness, and operational execution. The role combines showroom leadership, digital retail management, and close collaboration with marketing and finance partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and own branch profitability through effective deal structuring and pricing.
• Maintain a clean, professional showroom and oversee digital listings on platforms such as AutoTrader and Gumtree, ensuring accurate descriptions and timely uploads.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with stock priorities and implement local promotional activities.
• Oversee vehicle reconditioning, ensuring all units are showroom‑ready and listed within 48 hours of arrival.
• Facilitate finance and insurance deals with third‑party partners, monitoring approvals and keeping customers informed.
• Liaise with the fleet team to secure the right mix of vehicles and manage slow‑moving stock through appropriate disposal channels.
• Lead, coach and develop the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
