Campaign & Dialler Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Campaign & Dialler Manager to lead our contact‑centre performance, optimise outbound dialling strategies and drive results through data‑driven campaign management. You will work closely with the telesales team to improve efficiency, enhance customer engagement and support the growth of iKhokha’s fintech solutions for small businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce management plans to meet operational targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Administer, configure and optimise the Connex dialler platform across voice, WhatsApp and social media channels.
• Analyse sales‑funnel data, adjust dialing algorithms, manage call blending, queue volumes and agent allocation.
• Design and maintain lead‑management processes, track campaign pacing and generate insights for optimisation.
• Create AI‑driven processes and integrate APIs/Flows to reduce manual interventions.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies for all dialing activities.

Required profile

• Proactive, analytical professional with strong background in workforce planning and contact‑centre reporting.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end outbound dialler platforms, preferably Connex.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign improvements.
• Familiarity with fintech or small‑business service environments is a plus.
