Call Centre Agent – Remote Full‑Time (US Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Call Centre Agent to join our healthcare team. Working US EST hours, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling appointment scheduling, enquiries and record updates while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm client appointments.
• Assist callers with general enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Capture and update client data in internal systems.
• Communicate appointment changes and coordinate schedules.
• Maintain precise records and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Previous call‑centre or fast‑paced customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
• Strong attention to detail and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Immediate availability.
