About the role

FlySafair is hiring Call Centre Agents for its Customer Care Centre in Bonaero Park, Johannesburg. The permanent role involves providing professional support to passengers and customers, handling inbound enquiries and resolving travel‑related issues in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer and passenger calls.
• Assist customers with delays, cancellations, and travel disruptions.
• Explain airline processes and procedures.
• Provide support via telephone and written communication.
• Handle confidential customer information professionally.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• 1–4 years of call centre experience.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Good computer literacy skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• No criminal or adverse credit record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
