Call Center Representative

About the role

The Call Center Representative will handle all inbound calls for Georgia Bone and Joint, providing direct responses or routing inquiries as needed. This role involves scheduling appointments and gathering essential patient information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and address or forward inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for healthcare providers.
• Collect patient insurance details, personal information, and required medical records.
• Facilitate referrals for appointments.
• Maintain high call‑volume efficiency while multitasking.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑volume customer service environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on training.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and keyboard use.
• High school diploma or equivalent; medical industry experience is a plus.
