Call Center Agent – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

Adendorff Machinery Mart is looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join its Aeroton branch in Johannesburg South. The role blends customer service, relationship building and a sales component, supporting customers who need advice on DIY tools, machinery and hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries, providing clear and professional information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through responsive service.
• Identify sales opportunities and support the sales process by matching customer needs with product offerings.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system.
• Follow Adendorff’s policies and procedures while representing the brand.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Motivated, quick learner with a professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Interest or advantage in technical knowledge of DIY tools, machinery or hardware.
