Business Unit Manager

About the role

Adcorp is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead a dedicated unit within its Shared Service Centre. The role focuses on driving strategic growth, commercial performance, and operational excellence while delivering high‑quality training solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for the unit’s financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Monitor sales results, implement corrective actions and optimise resource utilisation to meet targets.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, channel partners, clients and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
• Represent Adcorp in industry forums and partner engagements, contributing to strategic business initiatives.
• Lead business development activities, drive sales enablement and promote the unit’s service offering.
• Oversee design, promotion and delivery of training solutions, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to support sustainable growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a business unit or similar function with responsibility for financial results.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of building strategic partnerships.
• Leadership capability to inspire teams and manage change.
