Business Services Lead – SATIC

About the role

PwC’s South Africa Technology and Innovation Centre (SATIC) is seeking a Business Services Lead to drive consulting engagements that help clients optimise operations, manage risk and capture growth opportunities. The role combines strategic thinking, leadership and a deep understanding of business data and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, translating vision into actionable strategies and delivering measurable results.
• Collaborate across PwC’s network to develop innovative solutions, thought leadership and market‑focused offerings.
• Guide teams in data analysis, technology adoption, risk assessment and change management.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of quality, integrity and inclusion.
• Identify market gaps and convert opportunities into successful service propositions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting or business services, preferably within large, complex organisations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to PwC’s values, professional standards and code of conduct.
