About the role
Austell Pharmaceuticals is looking for a driven Business Process Engineer to join our team and help drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the business. The role is based in Parktown, Johannesburg. You will collaborate with BI teams to enable data-driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Support and execute cross-functional projects
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive Kaizen improvements
- Analyse data to generate actionable insights
- Build dashboards and performance reports
- Collaborate with BI teams to enable data-driven decisions
- Contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives
Required profile
- Education: BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) – mandatory
- Experience: 3–5 years’ relevant experience
- Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar) is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen and project management principles
