Business Manager – Sales Operations

About the role

Business Managers provide operational rigor across the region and coordinate between business units and sales teams. They deliver business intelligence and strategic support to local Sales Leaders, ensuring a strong commercial environment for achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business intelligence and support to local Sales Leaders to create a commercial environment for target achievement.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process from demand creation to sell‑in.
• Develop and implement Go‑to‑Market plans for allocated channels based on market and competitive analysis.
• Maintain sales achievement commentary for regular business review meetings and reports.
• Assess and approve/decline special pricing requests after checking data completeness and reasonableness.
• Oversee promo fund allocation to stimulate profitable revenue generation.
• Track gaps versus targets, propose corrective actions and support their implementation.
• Monitor effectiveness of sales automation tools (CRM) and recommend improvements.
• Provide input to sales forecast enrichment and support annual Business Plan development.
• Engage with the CISMETA Business Unit to represent regional needs and ensure early escalation of key issues.

Required profile

• Product/Business Management or Commercial background within a related industry.
• Ability to logically assess and assimilate information from multiple sources.
• Strong communication skills at management level.
• Technology‑oriented mindset.
• Graduate‑level education.
• Experience managing a team to support sales performance delivery.
