Business Manager – Mabopane

About the role

FNB is seeking a Business Manager to drive growth within the 0‑to‑10 million turnover segment. You will manage a portfolio of small‑to‑medium enterprise clients, develop new business opportunities, and ensure high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑paced, six‑day work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with turnover up to R10 million.
• Generate new leads, acquire new customers, and increase the active account base.
• Deliver customer service standards that support sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to meet operational goals.
• Control cost‑to‑income ratios to improve profitability and efficiency.

Required profile

• FAIS compliant and holder of an RE5 certificate.
• Minimum Matric qualification; preferably a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Law or related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant banking and sales experience.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.
