Business Intelligence Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Business Analyst to bridge business needs and BI solutions at Rohloff Group. You will gather requirements, define KPIs, and support the design of dashboards and data models that turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to collect and document BI requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with the BI team to design solutions that meet business objectives and participate in workshops to refine complex use cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve BI processes, promote best practices, and drive user adoption.
• Map current and future business processes, documenting “As‑Is” and “To‑Be” states to enhance decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Analysis or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or BI‑related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage BI projects from start to finish in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
