Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who excels at closing high‑ticket, service‑based deals. You will work with warm, inbound leads, guiding them through a strategic, value‑led sales process and converting interest into signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage warm leads and conduct multi‑step sales conversations.
• Navigate complex objections and build trust without pressure tactics.
• Close high‑value deals and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and collaborate with internal teams.
• Provide feedback to improve lead quality and sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Account Executive, or similar high‑ticket sales role.
• Track record of consistently closing deals and achieving targets.
• Highly driven, self‑motivated and growth‑oriented.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and active‑listening abilities.
• Strong understanding of consultative and value‑based selling.
