About the role
The Business Development Representative (Sales Rep) will drive growth in volume, market share and competitiveness for SAB products in the Phuthaditjhaba region, delivering market‑driven, differentiated service to identified segments.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
- Manage and supervise distributors, handling orders, payments and re‑distribution.
- Ensure SAB products are stocked in full range at customer and retail outlets.
- Maintain merchandising visibility, including POS displays and chillers.
- Place chillers correctly and ensure exclusive use for SAB products.
- Monitor recommended pricing at sales outlets.
- Track competitor actions closely.
Required profile
- 3‑year degree qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing or FMCG.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Local area knowledge and strong administration skills.
