Business Development Representative – Pipeline (Kuruman)

About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Kuruman pipeline will drive volume growth, increase market share and strengthen competitiveness for SAB’s portfolio. You will deliver market‑driven, differentiated service to identified segments, working closely with distributors and retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
• Manage and supervise distributors, overseeing orders, payments and redistribution.
• Ensure SAB products are stocked in full range at customers and retail points.
• Maintain merchandising visibility, including POS and chillers, and guarantee chillers are used exclusively for SAB products.
• Monitor recommended pricing at sales outlets and track competitor actions.

Required profile

• 3‑year degree qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing or FMCG.
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Local area knowledge of Kuruman.
• Strong administration, relationship management and negotiation abilities.
