Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive growth for a fast‑growing automation and digital transformation consultancy. You will act as the front‑line engine of revenue, identifying and engaging prospects who need no‑code, low‑code and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and enrich data with tools such as Lusha.
• Manage outbound outreach campaigns via Dripify and monitor website intent signals.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to technical consultants.
• Prepare professional proposals and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
• Track deal progression, generate pipeline reports for leadership and re‑engage stalled leads.
• Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients after contract signing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or consultancy environments.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers and articulating technical value propositions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high‑volume pipeline.
