Business Development Manager – Remote (US Hours)

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our client base across the legal, technology and accounting sectors. The role is fully remote, operating on USA business hours, and focuses on both inbound and historic leads to generate new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business from law firms, tech companies and accounting firms.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach to create opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular weekly meetings.
• Convert warm leads and cold prospects into closed deals.
• Coordinate client meetings, ensure successful execution and follow‑up.
• Leverage a rich database of historic leads to reignite opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of the business in the US market.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated and highly organized.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10:00 AM – 8:15 PM UK time).

• Competitive base salary of 30,000‑40,000 RAND per month.
• Generous bonus structure with OTE of 100,000 + RAND per month.
