About the role
We are a well‑established asset‑based finance company based in Northriding, Johannesburg, seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth. The role blends new‑business hunting with ongoing account management, supporting clients and equipment suppliers who need asset finance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new customers requiring asset‑based finance services.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate regular deal flow from both new and existing customers.
- Analyse financial statements and structure appropriate asset‑finance transactions.
Required profile
- Experience in asset‑based finance or a finance‑related degree/diploma.
- Proven sales, hunting and account‑management capabilities.
- Ability to analyse financial statements.
- Own vehicle for client visits.
