Business Development Manager

About the role

VexProFX is expanding globally and seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Forex and CFD markets. The role focuses on acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, professional traders, brokers, fintech firms and other strategic partners to increase client acquisition, trading volume and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Forex, CFD and fintech sectors.
• Develop, negotiate and manage partnerships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, brokers, professional traders and strategic partners.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with VexProFX’s growth targets.
• Oversee the full partner lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding, activation, growth and retention.
• Provide commercial support and growth strategies to maximise partner performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, Product, Sales, Support) to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Forex, CFDs, fintech or related financial markets.
• Track record of acquiring and managing Introducing Brokers, affiliates or strategic partners.
• Demonstrated ability to meet commercial targets for client acquisition, trading volume and revenue.
• Existing network within the Forex ecosystem is highly valued.
• Current residence in Asia or Africa with knowledge of local markets.
