Business Development Manager – Global Growth & Government Affairs

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead BLS International's strategic growth initiatives across global and regional markets. This senior position bridges policy, innovation, and market expansion within the visa, passport, consular, and citizen services sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end business development strategies to increase market presence.
• Identify and secure new opportunities in consular services, visa facilitation, citizen services, and mobility solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, public‑private partnership models, and large‑scale contracts.
• Develop and manage international market entry and expansion plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government bodies, embassies, consulates, and international institutions.
• Navigate regulatory, compliance, and geopolitical frameworks affecting operations.
• Lead negotiations, MoUs, commercial agreements, and strategic alliances with global partners.
• Represent the organization in high‑level diplomatic engagements and industry forums.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development, government affairs, or diplomatic relations.
