Business Development / Field Sales – SAPay for Taxi Industry

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, target‑driven sales professional to promote SAPay, a cashless payment solution designed for South Africa’s taxi industry. You will work directly with taxi drivers and operators, introducing the platform, demonstrating its benefits, and guiding them through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage taxi drivers and operators within assigned territories.
• Present and demonstrate the SAPay platform and its advantages.
• Guide drivers through the registration and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the taxi sector.
• Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
• Represent the SAPay brand professionally at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and registrations.
• Provide ongoing support to newly onboarded users as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales, direct sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive to meet targets.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Professional, resilient and relationship‑focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
• Matriculation (essential).
