Business Development Consultant – Onsite

About the role

PeoplePartners is seeking a proactive Business Development Consultant to expand its offshore staffing solutions across global markets. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, turning conversations into long‑term partnerships and helping organisations optimise their workforce strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities, combining internal leads with self‑generated prospects.
• Engage business owners, executives and decision‑makers to understand workforce needs and position PeoplePartners as a strategic partner.
• Lead virtual discovery meetings to uncover client challenges, recruitment bottlenecks and growth objectives.
• Analyse client requirements and tailor PeoplePartners’ value proposition to align with commercial and staffing goals.
• Present solutions using a consultative sales approach focused on outcomes and long‑term value.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for building client relationships.
• Confident in client‑facing environments and able to communicate complex staffing concepts clearly.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable managing a high volume of outbound activity.
• Ability to understand and articulate workforce planning and remote staffing benefits.
