Business Consultant – SMB

About the role

Join Pnet, part of the StepStone Group, as a Business Consultant focused on small and medium‑business (SMB) clients. You will partner with companies to improve and transform their hiring processes, driving growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage high‑quality leads using various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Prospect, cold‑call and close deals, convincing businesses to adopt Pnet solutions.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, track product usage, identify upsell opportunities and ensure contract renewals.
• Perform administrative duties, maintain accurate documentation and reporting in the CRM system.
• Participate in upskilling and development initiatives to enhance performance.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Strong cold‑calling and telephone communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written articulation of solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to listen attentively and understand customer needs.
