Business Analyst Specialist

About the role

The Business Analyst Specialist will enable change across the enterprise by defining current and future states, analysing requirements, and guiding delivery of business value. Working closely with product designers, architects, testers and data managers, the role applies agile and lean principles to drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead iterative planning, monitoring and coordination of BA activities for large, complex initiatives.
• Facilitate elicitation and collaboration sessions with stakeholders to capture and validate requirements.
• Structure, model and verify requirements and design artefacts, identifying solution options and estimating their value.
• Manage the full requirements lifecycle from inception through retirement.
• Conduct strategy analysis to define future and transition states, and evaluate solution performance against expected value.
• Apply IIBA best practices, agile product delivery and lean principles in line with the organisation's methodology.
• Co‑create operational value streams, strategic themes, product road‑maps, KPIs and metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis within enterprise‑wide projects.
• Ability to lead and mentor other Business Analysts.
• Strong analytical mindset with an agile, solution‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
