Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to analyse and document business processes for software development projects. The role involves defining functional requirements, high‑level features and supporting implementation to ensure the final product meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Create user requirement documents and clear client requirement specifications.
• Produce mockups, sample reports and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, hand‑over sessions and demo sessions with clients and development teams.
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners and project managers on backlog grooming and sprint activities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by achieving low UAT failure rates and minimal rework.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• BA degree or equivalent qualification.
• Retail‑related experience and exposure to enterprise development.
