Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst enables change in customer organisations by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. The role involves detailed analysis of business problems and opportunities, translating requirements into clear documentation for both business and technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design specifications as requested by Business Units.
• Liaise with consultants and managers to document business processes effectively.
• Analyse project scope and core objectives linked to the product roadmap.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation workshops with stakeholders.
• Produce artefacts such as business requirement specifications, wireframes, workflow diagrams, and data models.
• Attend daily development team meetings to clarify functional requirements.
• Review test plans and test scripts to ensure quality and coverage.

Required profile

• 2+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to communicate outcomes clearly and to listen, advise and escalate issues early.

Required skills

• Basic technical understanding of software development processes.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
