About the role
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on curiosity and problem‑solving. You will bridge business and technology, uncover hidden inefficiencies, and drive improvements across processes and systems.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and document current (as‑is) and future (to‑be) business processes.
- Gather, analyse and translate business, functional and system requirements.
- Identify automation, optimisation and digitisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, vendors and technical teams.
- Maintain a strong understanding of systems, applications, integrations and data flows.
Required profile
- 4+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders and technical teams, often requiring diplomatic communication.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal transport.
