Business Analyst – Employee Digital Solutions

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Digital & Technology team. The role focuses on translating employee experience and workforce requirements into digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and support the company’s transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and user requirements for employee digital platforms.
• Conduct process analysis to identify automation and digital enablement opportunities.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to align priorities and expectations.
• Support product, architecture and delivery teams by creating clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate testing, user‑acceptance activities and change‑management support for new solutions.
• Produce reports and insights on system usage, process performance and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business analysis or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience working with employee or HR technology systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
