About the role
We are looking for a finance professional to partner with campus leadership, driving financial management and reporting for a private education institution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor campus budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX.
- Analyse management accounts and provide financial insights to support decision‑making.
- Oversee billing, reporting, and month‑end processes.
- Ensure financial controls, compliance and accurate reconciliations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the campus and central finance function.
Required profile
- 3–10 years of finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, management accounts and financial reporting.
- Experience with OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, billing, debtors, creditors and month‑end close.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience in corporate, shared‑services, education or process‑driven environments is a plus.

What we offer
- Salary range R360 000 – R400 000 total cash‑in‑hand per annum.
