Building Compliance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Building Compliance Manager to oversee all construction activities within Sitari Country Estate. You will ensure that every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of active building sites to verify compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Confirm that construction, renovation, and maintenance works follow approved plans, zoning rules, and estate guidelines.
• Identify hazards, safety concerns, and deficiencies in structures, systems, or equipment and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports that document findings, observations, and recommended remedial measures.
• Collaborate closely with the Estate Manager, architects, the Architectural Review Committee, property owners, and contractors to ensure project compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in residential construction and/or building compliance.
• Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
