Broker Consultant – SanlamConnect East Coast (Umhlanga)

About the role

The Broker Consultant will serve as the primary interface between brokers and SanlamConnect’s East Coast Region, promoting the company’s financial products and supporting broker growth. You will work to achieve business objectives through relationship building, service delivery and target achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market SanlamConnect’s products to brokers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
• Provide efficient service and support to broker practices.
• Meet and exceed sales and marketing targets.
• Assist brokers in growing their businesses.

Required profile

• Completed Business, Commerce or Marketing degree (post‑graduate diploma in Financial Planning or Wealth Management preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in the financial services industry, preferably in life insurance.
• At least one year of experience working directly with brokers.
• Goal‑oriented, sales and marketing driven with strong relationship‑building skills.
