Broker Consultant (PG 10) – East Coast Region

About the role

SanlamConnect is seeking a motivated Broker Consultant to act as the primary interface between independent brokers and the East Coast Region. You will help drive investor flows, promote Sanlam’s products, and support brokers in growing their businesses within a dynamic, high‑performance distribution channel.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market Sanlam’s financial products to brokers and their clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers across the East Coast region.
• Provide efficient, compliant service and support to broker practices.
• Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets.
• Assist brokers in expanding their business and improving performance.

Required profile

• Completed Business, Commerce or Marketing degree (or equivalent).
• Post‑graduate diploma in Financial Planning, RFP3 or Wealth Management (or current enrolment).
• Minimum 2 years experience in the financial services industry, preferably with life insurance.
• Proven experience working with brokers and third‑party marketing.
• Goal‑oriented, sales‑driven and natural relationship‑builder.
