Broker Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Broker Assistant to support our consultants in a fast‑moving financial services environment. The role combines client liaison, administrative support, and operational coordination to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to consultants, including document preparation and onboarding of new clients.
• Handle employee benefit queries from clients via phone and email.
• Liaise with service providers to resolve client issues and communicate progress.
• Maintain up‑to‑date tracking reports and assist in creating presentations.
• Organise and sustain office operations and procedures.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and own transport; willingness to travel locally.
• Matric qualification; additional certificates are a plus.
• Strong time‑management, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Result‑oriented, reliable, and honest with a focus on quality and profitability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite.
