About the role
We are seeking a reliable Bread Packer to join our Production Department. The role focuses on meeting daily production targets while ensuring the integrity and quality of the bread are never compromised.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high‑quality product throughout the production process.
- Uphold high housekeeping and hygiene standards in the work area.
- Follow all company rules, procedures, SOPs, and food‑safety guidelines.
- Perform planned maintenance of assigned assets and keep accurate records.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Related production experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime and weekends.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Understanding of SOPs, hygiene and food‑safety practices.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
