Brand & Regional Sales Manager – Trucks (East Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Brand Manager / Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of our truck portfolio across East Africa. Reporting from Johannesburg, you will combine business development, dealer management and fleet sales to expand market share in a fast‑growing region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across East African markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and corporate fleet customers.
• Lead B2B and fleet sales initiatives, monitoring performance against targets.
• Collaborate with in‑country partners to execute sales programmes and regional strategies.
• Travel regularly throughout the region to support dealers and conduct market analysis.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in automotive or truck sales, fleet sales or dealer network management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors or corporate fleet operators, preferably in African markets.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across East Africa.
