Brand & Regional Sales Manager – East Africa

About the role

The automotive group is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager / Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of its truck portfolio across East Africa. Based in Johannesburg, you will own the regional sales strategy, build strategic partnerships and drive revenue in key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business‑development plans to increase market share in East Africa.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and key corporate accounts.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand fleet and B2B sales channels.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse trends and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate closely with in‑country partners to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Travel regularly throughout the region to engage customers and support partners.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in automotive/truck sales, fleet sales or dealer network management.
• Proven track record of achieving business‑development and sales targets.
• Experience working with OEMs, dealerships and corporate fleet clients.
• Familiarity with African markets is an advantage.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region.

• Basic salary of R50 000 – R70 000 per month.
