About the role

Dermalogica is looking for a dynamic, high‑performing individual for the exciting role of Brand Consultant within its sales team covering the Western Cape and surrounds. This position goes beyond traditional sales, offering the chance to build powerful partnerships, unlock untapped potential, open new doors, and elevate existing accounts in the professional skin‑care channel.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable, sustainable growth across the assigned territory as a trusted commercial partner, delivering sell‑in and sell‑out performance.
• Identify, prospect and secure new business, manage a strong lead pipeline, and execute education‑focused events and product launches.
• Maintain healthy stock levels, range compliance and visual merchandising standards in all doors.
• Conduct regular business reviews, develop quarterly growth plans, and support customers to improve sell‑out, basket value and event ROI.
• Log activity, opportunities and outcomes accurately in the sales CRM while managing territory and call cycles.

Required profile

• Consistently achieves monthly, quarterly and annual sales and new‑business targets.
• Builds strong, multi‑level relationships with owners, managers, therapists and front‑desk staff.
• Demonstrates disciplined execution, strong follow‑through and effective time‑and‑territory management.
• Uses data to guide conversations, prepares thoroughly for each call and acts with integrity and commercial curiosity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for activity tracking and pipeline management.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate numerical insights into actionable plans.
