Brand Ambassador / Sales Assistant – Retail

About the role

As a Brand Ambassador and Sales Assistant for Carrol Boyes, you will be the face of the brand in a vibrant retail environment. You will engage customers, showcase functional art pieces, and drive sales while upholding the luxury standards of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain attractive, on‑brand visual merchandising and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
• Replenish shelves regularly and keep product displays neat and enticing.
• Provide a pleasant and professional customer experience that reflects the Carrol Boyes brand.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper procedures.
• Reconcile daily till sales and complete banking activities with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently assist and educate customers.
• Support promotional campaigns and in‑store events.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the store manager.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
• A passion for art and design.
