Brand Activation Agent

About the role

We are looking for energetic Brand Activation Agents to bring our clients’ brands to life in high‑traffic locations across Durban. You will engage directly with consumers, create memorable experiences, and help drive product awareness and sales at malls, events and other activation sites.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a professional, high‑energy manner.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate consumers on key benefits.
• Create memorable interactions that boost brand awareness and loyalty.
• Collect and report customer feedback and engagement metrics.
• Assist with setup, execution and breakdown of activation events.

Required profile

• Matric / NQF 4 equivalent.
• Previous experience in promotions, brand activations, retail sales or customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a proactive approach to customer interaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public events.
• Reliable transport.
